Orders & personalization
All items are made to order. Please review names, dates, and colors before checkout; production starts shortly after payment.
Pricing & payments
All prices are in EUR. Payments are processed securely via our chosen provider; we do not store card details.
Shipping
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control, but we’ll help resolve issues.
Returns
Customized items are non-returnable once production begins, except for defects or damage on arrival. Report issues within 7 days with photos.
Intellectual property
Designs you upload must be yours to use. By submitting assets for production, you grant us a license to manufacture your order.
