Crafted-to-order items are personalized, but we’ll fix issues quickly if something’s wrong.
Order issues
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll remake or refund the affected pieces.
Change of mind
Because each piece is personalized, we can’t accept general returns once production starts. Tell us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to adjust names, dates, or colors.
Shipping issues
If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier and remake your order once confirmed.
